Margarita Repina is an AI entrepreneur, executive in corporate strategy and technology, Creative Director, and AI Art Producer with over 15 years of experience building and scaling large digital platforms and technology-driven businesses.
She began her career in global management consulting at Kearney, working on corporate strategy and transformation projects for multinational clients, including Pepsi. She later became a top executive at a Fortune 500 technology company (Sber), reaching the role of Deputy Head of Strategy (Board-1) by the age of 30. In this capacity, Margarita led corporate and ecosystem-level strategy, including strategic growth initiatives, M&A, and investment decision-making, and oversaw the creation and scaling of AI-driven platforms across Cloud, MedTech, EdTech, and E-commerce. These products reached 60M+ monthly active users, generated billion-dollar annual revenues, and contributed to an estimated $ 15B increase in corporate valuation.
In 2022, Margarita expanded her professional focus into the cultural and creative domain and became Co-Founder of MaxArt Foundation, a contemporary art foundation working at the intersection of art, technology, and responsible innovation.
She holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art (London) and is the author of academic research and the book "The Art of the Future: How AI Is Transforming the Art Market". Today, she works as a Creative Director and AI Art Producer, developing AI-driven visual systems and generative art for fashion, beauty, wellness, and cultural brands, and regularly speaks as an expert on AI and art, including at AI Summit London.
Margarita holds a PhD in Economics, studied macroeconomics at Columbia University, and is a member of Forbes Technology Council and an Ambassador of Google Women TechMakers.
What ultimately defines Margarita’s work is her genuine passion for building things with people. She deeply enjoys collaborating with founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs, working side by side to turn complex ideas into meaningful products, platforms, and cultural projects. For her, business, technology, and art are not separate domains, but ways to create value, beauty, and long-term impact — together with those who are brave enough to build.
